It’s creative, innovative ways to incorporate new or existing business ideas to position our business concept to be appealing and highly accepted by the current global business environment.
The E-commerce business network channel is incomplete. We see a gap and opportunity between merchants, courier service companies, and shoppers.
In 2019, Malaysia's retail industry was expected to stand at RM 107.5 billion. Pre the Covid 19 pandemic, the estimated size of the e-commerce market represented about 15%-18% of the total retail market in Malaysia. During the Movement Control Order (MCO) it is difficult to purchase goods offline, so the remaining 82%-85% of purchases have flooded the e-commerce scene.
So naturally, the e-commerce landscape as a whole is growing. During the MCO period, the e-commerce players were enjoying fourfold sales growth.
However, more and more retailers, courier service companies, and shoppers are facing problems like below
Lack of confident to send their merchandise to non-industry focus location
Does not have a professional office or offline platform to teach them all the compliance and requirement to be an online to offline E-commerce businessman.
Pick up points are not E-commerce friendly. It only does courier without any other services.
No advice and services that is always required by retailers to understand cross country customs, taxes, company compliance, company setup, legal matters, and others directly related to E-commerce Enterprise.
COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a surge for courier services lacks outlets to support
Courier service companies:
Retailers' drop off points is not visible. It is all over the place represented by middle man aggregators with only a small sticker at the window to represent courier services company.
A huge amount of parcels finds it difficult to work with an aggregator that does not have enough space and facilities for them to courier.
Do not have a familiar brand to become their collection point.
At times, the customer finds it redundant to go to collection/courier for only a single purpose. This would be a waste of their time. This is due to these customers are electronic savvy, would like to multi-task and high tech-related

E-commerce has become an important aspect for consumers. Over the last 4 years, e-commerce has seen 25% 4 year-on-year growth to become a US$2.315 trillion dollar industry. An increasing number of e-commerce platforms have emerged to displace traditional retailers as they capitalize on the convenience afforded by the increased connectivity. Consumers now enjoy the benefit of discovering, comparing, and purchasing almost anything and having it delivered within hours or even minutes.
This industry is forecasted to grow even further to US$4.51 trillion by 2021, a huge 246% increase from 2014, driven by improving telecommunications infrastructure and rising affluence in developing countries amongst other factors.
In China, the annual 11/11 Singles Day Carnival, coined by Alibaba, set another record by topping over USD$25 billion of product sales within one (1) day. This represents a remarkable 39% increase as compared to sales figures in 2016.
Malaysia’s e-commerce market is worth USD 4.3 billion and is expected to double to USD 8.1 billion by the year 2024, at 14% CAGR.
E-Commerce is a game-changer for the retail industry. The more consumers order online, the less likely they are to see a service assistant in a shop. This important role is transferred to the couriers. The time of delivery is often the only time a customer comes into physical contact with the store. It makes sense that retailers are increasingly taking a critical look at the couriers who represent them, as well as the service offered by couriers in the home.
Hence, Accos BizHub is the bridging gap between retailers, consumers, and courier companies.
Accos E commence business center (BizHub) provides One-Stop E- commence business services to consumers, merchants, and entrepreneurs. Accos BizHub is the authorized delivery and drop-off point for courier companies thus walk-in or corporate consumers can send or pick up their parcels at their nearest Accos BizHub centers.

In addition, Accos BizHub provides co-meeting space for online business meetings and exhibition space for businesses to display their products.
