Properties are selected via a vigorous filtration and sound research, followed by negotiation with developers for a significant bulk purchase discount.

There is a mismatch in the property industry. On one hand we have a large number of people who are keen to purchase properties but are unable to, while on the other hand we have many unsold properties in the market. Both demand and supply are significant, but are not matched.
According to the National Property Information Centre’s (Napic), there were close to 57,000 unsold residential units worth RM41.5 billion in the country as at end of 2019.
To make matters worse, a global recession is predicted due to the economic impact of the covid-19 pandemic. While the impact and period of recession may differ by countries, as it will be determined by each countries’ monetary and fiscal measures, this will create further pressure to the property market.

We are the largest buyer of primary residential properties in Malaysia. We negotiate with developers enable additional discounts in comparison with the public.
By doing this, we are able to assist Developers in moving their unsold units in a large quantity, providing them with cashflow. Buyers in return are able to purchase properties with a better price in comparison with the public which will then result in better capital gain and cashflow.
However, it is crucial that the properties must first fulfil our investment criteria which are:
- Price – new vs old, Median, Tier
- Multiple rental option
- Maturity point
- Unique selling proposition
We have educated more than 50,000 people online and offline, with more than 1,500 paid clients. Clients will obtain in-depth understanding on debt consolidation, financial restructuring, fundamentals of investment properties and access to bulk purchase properties.
Our clients consists of Malaysians who resides within the country as well as abroad. We also have non-Malaysians who are keen in property investment in Malaysia. The main goal is to assist our clients to achieve their financial goals using properties as a tool.
