PROBLEM

According to Forbes.com, only 7% of companies have fully implemented their digital transformation. Possible reasons are:

  1. Companies are uncertain and unprepared for the impact of not moving towards Digital transformation. Some businesses and organisations are still stuck and doing the traditional method (primarily manual) in their business operations.
  2. Companies are incapable of managing talents and developing their skill set, including digital skills, technical skills, and essential skills. Developing talent in an organisation is a very crucial step to help the business transform. They have to be trained and developed step by step until they fully understand digital transformation needs and the skill required to achieve that goal.
  3. Companies do not have a clear picture about digitisation, digitalisation, and digital transformation. The term digital transformation is a buzzword that people use commonly. Still, some businesses do not fully understand the idea or what is digital transformation itself. The process of transforming a business into a digital ecosystem involves three main steps which are digitisation (convert analogue processes into digital processes), digitalisation (using digital products, technologies or applications) and digital transformation (adoption of digital technology and cultural change).
SOLUTION

BIT Academy can help individuals, businesses and organizations by:

  • Creating Digital Products to help individuals and organisations moving forward. We are currently converting our workshop/training classes into a virtual workshop and e-learning platform to help our customer gain fast and easy access to our training. We are also currently developing few digital products (web and mobile apps) that have a specific function to help develop talents, such as the mySEED app. mySEED app focuses on creating a digital profile, tracking the learning process, tracking skill development and showing opportunities from the acquired skill set.
  • Developing talent through Digital Skills, including Essential skills and Technical skills. Our focus is to provide digital training that suits the need for digital transformation. We divided our training into 3 main category: Digital skills (in-demand skills that related to the use of app and basic technology), Essential skills (required skills that every talent must have such as communication skill, presentation skill and productivity skill) and Technical skills (in-depth and more advanced skill related to IR4.0  suitable for a technical person or a professional level).
  • Providing Digital Training Ecosystem and Roadmap for Businesses and Organisations. To help businesses and organisations develop or get the right talent for digital transformation. We provide a clear training roadmap and ecosystem where they can invest in each training level that suits their current needs. We do not have all the solutions yet. Still, we believe our training ecosystem can give insights and ideas on how to move towards digital transformation.

Above is our complete digital training ecosystem and journey towards digital transformation that can help individuals, businesses, and organisations increase their performance, productivity, and efficiency. Our client can choose which level or type of training they want to train their staffs based on each category.
