SUMMARY
NexQuadrant Sdn Bhd is a profitable IT Managed Services company with primary goals to optimize the performance of customers' business, people and asset. Currently we are focusing on high value (advanced & niche) IT managed services that can significantly improve customer IT operation for better business agility. The end result would be a better alignment between the Operation and client expectation. Other benefits that customer can get when subscribe to our services are also include the following:

We aim to provide more sustainable revenue stream to the stakeholder by enhancing our own developed product called Nex-Desk ITS. The product is based on user problem statement from our more than 20 years of experience in IT Managed Services. The enhancement targets are for Industry Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) initiatives which include new modules such as Service Automation, Data Analytics and system failure prediction/prescription capabilities. Currently, Nex-Desk ITSM is used by few clients from Healthcare and award winning 24x7 Operation Centre in Cyberjaya. We are looking for equity investments for up to 1.0 million for this new product enhancement and marketing purposes
PROBLEM
Based on our experience in IT Managed Services, most IT operations don’t have proper tools that can assist them to handle daily operations efficiently. These lacking capabilities have brought them to spend more on costly IT manpower and assets that finally affected their overall businesses. Below are their challenges:
- Lack of tools that has brought low performance visibility of IT operation
- Lack of detail forensic that data causes inaccurate IT capacity planning
- Too many critical IT system/service failures due to unintegrated information
- High IT operational costs because they still depend on manual processes
- Tools are not user friendly and hard to customize to meet user requirements
SOLUTION
We have developed a robust and modular product called Nex-Desk to solve customer operational issue. Nex-Desk is able to mitigate the client operational inefficiency while saving costs. Below are our solutions:
- Able to provide full visibility for IT operations performance due to robust integration with other in-house & 3rd party tools
- Able to provide forensic data for accurate capacity planning
- Able to reduce downtime/incidents by accurately predict system/service failure before it happens
- Able to provide user friendly tool with robust customization
- Able to automate certain backend tasks that can give the following benefits:

PRODUCT
Nex-desk ITSM is planned for one-stop, integrated, and intelligent IT service management tools that can help IT operation team to manage their ICT infrastructure efficiently toward IR4.0 initiatives. It comprises an integrated service desk module, automated workflow, automated notification, desktop management, asset management, knowledgebase, automated performance/SLA reporting and other IT operation related forms for daily IT operations efficiency.
In the future, we are planning to incorporate Service Automation and Artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into Nex-Desk for IT operation cost savings, better IT performance, better service assurance and better end user experience.

BUSINESS MODEL
There are 3 types of business models than can provide us with recurring revenue:
1. Outsourcing Services
24x7x365 end-to-end IT outsourcing. The services provide either partial or full scopes of out-tasking. It includes 24x7x365 onsite IT operations, support, & maintenance.
2. Proactive Remote Monitoring Services
24x7x365 PROACTIVE remote monitoring and management of IT systems. The services will ensure maximum IT systems uptime and best application access performance
3. Nex-Desk ITSM Application
One-stop, integrated & intelligent service management suite toward Industry Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0). For Nex-Desk, we are planning for three types of revenue streams
- Cloud Hosting which using the SaaS concept. The client can subscribe to the service monthly based on the client's requirement.
- On-Premise Hosting, the client can purchase the perpetual license with yearly support license. The support will include online support, patch update, latest version, and debugging
- Onsite Support and Deployment, including supplying host sever and professional services for the on-premise model, including setup, installation, and configuration, fine-tuning, etc.
MARKET
In 2019, global cloud ITSM market revenue was estimated to be up to 4.4 billion USD. It also has been projected to reach 10.4 billion by 2025, with growth at a CAGR of 18.6% during the forecast period. The biggest ITSM market share in 2019 was North America region. However, the market growth is slower in the region compared to the APAC and Europe. We would like to take this opportunity to market our locally developed ITSM tool in Malaysia and regional market.
COMPETITION
There are many ITSM products on the international market with different offerings and technologies but in the Malaysia market, most of the ITSM product or tools are considered as high investment (not cheap). We have developed the Nex-Desk ITSM with value innovation in mind which is capable of one-stop solution, robust integration, intelligent and user friendly features. Locally, there is no robust ITSM product that can provide IR4.0 features that we have mentioned earlier. Following are our main competitors:

FUNDING
For the last 2 years, we are profitable company. We also have few multi-million contracts in hand for the next 2 years for others services provided by us such as Outsourcing services and Remote Proactive Monitoring services.
Currently we are looking for equity investment from RM500,000 to RM1,500,000 that will be used to enhance our existing product toward IR4.0. We are planning to offer equity of 15% to investors.
Funding usage allocation will be as follow:
VISION
Our vision is to become world-class multi-sourcing digital service provider. The Nex-Desk shall be part of critical IT Managed Services operational platform that can be used as an alignment between customer operation and their expectation.

Currently NexQuadrant Sdn Bhd is 100% owned by BIT Group Sdn Bhd.
